Explorer Marine are not tied to any manufacturer and, therefore, can work with the customer to specify power units from all manufacturers. While currently we can offer excellent deals on Evinrude ETEC and the new G2 two stroke high technology engines, or Suzuki four stroke outboards, we have also worked with Honda, Mercury, Mariner, Selva and Yamaha outboards, and Caterpiller, Yanmar, Steyr, and Mermaid inboard diesels.  The choice of engine for any application is determined by the power and weight required and the customers own views with regard to technology, fuel type, prices, and the location of service centres.
